Reservations and rates

Rates are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to availability at the time of booking. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from the hotel.

Special offers carry their own validity dates and conditions, which are shown with each offer.

Check-in, check-out, and cancellations

Check-in starts from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM, unless agreed otherwise with the front desk.

Cancellation and modification terms depend on the rate you book and are shared at the time of booking.

Guest conduct

Guests are expected to respect hotel property, other guests, and staff. The hotel may refuse service where its policies or local law are not followed.
